It pains me to say this, because I really like Seth MacFarlane's sense of humor, but it's just not a good movie.This is the first time we see in live action starring MacFarlane. We know that he is good with the voice work for the animated characters, but as a live action actor hes not the same level of quality. He actually felt out of place, more like he was in some sketch show. In fact, the entire film feels like a series of sketches, each scene is only set up for a joke. It is then lost in all the gags make this work, that there is no coherent flow of the story.
